"We recently moved our family's home and auto insurance to Bob Speck and had an outstanding experience. Bob took the time to thoroughly review our existing policies, explain coverage differences in plain English, and identify several areas where we could improve our protection while still lowering our overall costs. He was incredibly responsive to every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured during the process.
What impressed me most was the level of detail and expertise he brought to the discussion. He walked us through everything from liability and umbrella coverage to deductibles and coverage limits, making sure we understood the tradeoffs before making a decision. In the end, we were able to improve portions of our coverage and save money at the same time.
